The difference between PTC heating and carbon fiber tube heating:
1. PTC heater, also known as PTC heating element, is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of small thermal resistance, fast temperature rise, high heat exchange efficiency and long service life, and is an automatic constant temperature electric heater. The main use temperature is generally less than 200 degrees below, and its disadvantages are prone to local diffuse breakdown, and the service life is much longer than that of carbon fiber heating tubes.
2. Carbon fiber heating tube is to use carbon fiber filament or graphite carbon felt with carbon content of more than 95% as heating element, which is more energy-saving than the traditional PCT heater, and its insulating shell is high temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant quartz glass. It has the characteristics of rapid heating, high electrothermal conversion efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and health.
3. Carbon fiber as a heating element has the advantages of fast heating, high electrothermal conversion efficiency (up to more than 98%), high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and long service life, while PTC electric heating materials are easy to oxidize, low strength and short service life.
4. Carbon fiber heating element heating, uniform heat dissipation, fast heating, high efficiency, up to 90 °C - 100 °C rated surface degree in three minutes, with strong radiation convection, electrothermal conversion rate of more than 98%. The PTC heating tube is faster, the aluminum sheet is more compact, the heat efficiency is higher, the health and environmental protection, and the glue-free bonding is healthier. Ultra-long, durable, oxidation-free, with a service life of up to 6,000 hours, and the thermal efficiency of PTC heating elements is as high as 99%.
