4. Precautions for use:

1. The ceramic heater is not waterproof, so it should not be in contact with oil, water and plastic particles during storage and installation to prevent electric leakage.

2. The ceramic heater must be closely attached to the heated body during installation, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.

3. If it is found that the surface has a charred black color after use, it indicates that the heat generation and the heat dissipation of the heated body are unbalanced, and it should be adjusted in time to prevent burn through.

4. When using a high-temperature ceramic heater for heating, it should be avoided that the ceramic tile is broken due to strong knocking or collision with hard objects, and the exposed alloy resistance wire will affect the operating life.

5. Before installation, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the ceramic heater and whether the voltage used is consistent.
